WHAT WE DO

We are a very small company who do things properly. Graded category A by the BRC Global Standard, an Investor in People, and with a Gold Great Taste Award for the Ultimate Plum Pudding; we make a great product using well trained staff to the highest standards of food safety.

We make Christmas puddings steamed puddings as well and brandy and rum butters. All our products are ambient. Shelf lives range from 4 months to 2 years. We develop our recipes around the very best of ingredients.

We can supply you with specially labelled puddings faster than you think in smaller (or sometimes larger) quantities than you imagine. We have in-house facilities for printing glossy labels, with no set up costs, for even the smallest label run. Consequently our product range is applicable to a very wide variety of customers.

Our customer base ranges from school fundraisers to chefs and top retail outlets. Our office staff are experienced and well informed and willing to help, whatever your query.
