We have also devised a simplified scheme for individuals rasing funds to go on expeditions. If you are going on an expedition with Scouts, BSES, YSES, Schools Outreach, World Challenge, Brathay Trust or similar then this is the best place to start. The zip file contains an information pdf plus an xls order form.

ELECTRONIC FORMS.
For those who prefer an alternative to mailing a paper form, we have created Microsoft Office forms for you to download, easily fill in on screen and email as attachments. This is a flexible format which avoids the rigidity of web page forms BUT they are only be readable at our end if you send them as an office document not as an html file. So after you click on the form you want don't click the 'open' option. Instead save the file as the appropriate office file and then email to us in that format.

LABEL DESIGN

If you just want us to make you a simple label with no design costs you need to choose a standard image from the selection in the file below and use the form above to tell us what you want in terms of image and text.
If you want us to design you a label with your own image on then again fill in the specification form and email your image. Many schools use children's drawings as their label image. The next 2 files give you everything you need for this option.

The charge for us to design a label with your own image is £10 plus vat. You can avoid this design cost if you are capable of designing the label yourself. We would not recommend these options if you have no dtp or design experience. The first file 'full_fill' gives you instructions to design a simple 'fill'. It allows you to concentrate on your 'bit' and not worry about the legalities of food labelling. You will also need to download the 'xsurround.tif' file.
The 'Designing a complete label' file gives you everything you need to do the complete job. It's a word doc so you can cut and paste ingredient listings etc. In both instances please take careful note of the design size instructions.
