We’ve dealt with foodservice and good caterers for 25 years.
We supply puddings in 2 recipes

• Our Ultimate recipe - exactly as our retail, the Gold Great Taste Award winner.
• Our catering special recipe which is similar but simpler and a bit cheaper.

Basins are packed in cooking bags to just chuck in a steamer with as little packaging to remove as possible. Loaves are in sealed polypropylene trays.

They come in 4 sizes:

• 2.3Kg loaf - 20-30 portions, 4 per case.
• 1 kg loaf - 10-12 portions, 8 per case.
• 908g basin - 8-10 portions each, 6 per case, 2 per cooking bag
• 120g basin - generous individual portion, 12 per cooking bag, 48 per case.

We can also do a 100g individual portion in the catering special recipe.

We take care over finishing. Puddings will sit flat on the plate. Puddings slice cleanly without waste. Quality is consistent and excellent.

We supply individual caterers, hotel and restaurant groups and catering wholesalers.
